Con propuestas, arrasa Manolo Jiménez en los debates
En el segundo debate del IEC, así como en el primero del órgano electoral y el organizado por la iniciativa privada, demostró que tiene la experiencia y resultados para dar certeza a la ciudadanía para llevar a Coahuila la siguiente nivel.
Saltillo, Coahuila; 01 de mayo de 2023.- Durante el desarrollo del segundo debate organizado por el Instituto Electoral de Coahuila, el candidato a gobernador de la Alianza Ciudadana por la Seguridad, Manolo Jiménez Salinas, destacó en su participación con propuestas firmes, contundentes y puntuales en los temas de Gobernabilidad, Seguridad, Desarrollo Social y Salud Pública.
Tal como lo ha venido haciendo desde el inicio del proceso electoral hace un mes, Jiménez Salinas se mostró como un candidato con ideas, proyectos y propuestas concretas dentro de una campaña limpia y libre de ataques.
Al hablar sobre el tema de Gobernabilidad señaló qué, a partir del 5 de junio, desarrollará un gran plan para iniciar su gestión desde el primero de diciembre en equipo con los ciudadanos, la sociedad organizada, la iniciativa privada, los alcaldes, el presidente de México y los demás poderes de gobierno.
Dijo también que gobernar en equipo es la fórmula mágica que lo llevó a convertir a Saltillo en una de las mejores ciudades del país, y que sin duda lo será también para llevar a Coahuila al siguiente nivel, guiado por las propuestas de los ciudadanos que dan forma a la Agenda para Mejorar la Calidad de Vida, y que seguirán siendo las principales líneas de acción durante su gobierno.
En la vertiente de la Seguridad señaló que este es uno de los temas más importantes y valorados por las familias, ya que actualmente en casi todo el país se vive en un ambiente de violencia.
Destacó la gran diferencia que es vivir en Coahuila, el tercer estado con mayor seguridad en México, frente a otras entidades, por lo que aseguró que como Gobernador mantendrá la paz y la tranquilidad de las familias de los coahuilenses.
Para esto habrá que fortalecer y mejorar el modelo de seguridad con programas de Prevención, donde con cultura y deporte se atacará el gran problema de las adicciones; de Proximidad con una policía más humana y cercana al ciudadano, tal como lo hizo Saltillo y convirtió a su policía municipal en una de las más confiables del país.
Y con Fuerza e Inteligencia, aumentando la cantidad de cámaras y casetas de vigilancia en todos los municipios, implementando los Comités Ciudadanos de Seguridad, construyendo cuarteles de policía y del Ejército Mexicano en toda la entidad, con la adquisición de 200 nuevas patrullas durante el primer año de gobierno y creando un mando especial para la región Laguna.
Con todo esto y consolidando la coordinación entre el ejército, la Guardia Nacional, las fiscalías y las policías municipales, aseguró que cuando la delincuencia intente llegar a Coahuila se va a topar con pared.
En el renglón del Desarrollo Social y la Salud, explicó que lleva más de 15 años ayudando a la gente, pues su carrera política se ha basado en el tema social, lo que le valió a haber sido designado Secretario estatal para el tema, desde donde puso en práctica toda la experiencia obtenida al implementar los programas Mejora Coahuila.
En el mismo sentido, dijo haber recibido muchas ideas y propuestas, pues mantuvo gran cantidad de reuniones con la ciudadanía desde la precampaña y la gente sabe que como gobernador habrá más y mejores programas sociales para todos los habitantes del estado, en especial para los menos favorecidos.
Una de las principales peticiones que se le hicieron, recordó, es que apoye a los adultos mayores con la salud, quienes desde que se les quitó el seguro popular, gastan el dinero que reciben como pensión en mantener o recuperar la salud.
Asimismo, se ha proyectado rehabilitar, mejorar y equipar los hospitales y centros de salud estatales para que los ciudadanos reciban la atención de calidad que merecen, además de gestionar ante el Gobierno Federal que se fortalezcan al ISSSTE y al IMSS, ya que el 80% de los trabajadores y sus familias están afiliados a estos servicios de salud siendo Coahuila el estado con mayor formalidad laboral en México.
Al mismo tiempo, se desarrollará el Programa de Salud Popular que dotará de clínicas a los Centros Comunitarios, donde además de médico general, habrá consulta con especialistas a través de la telemedicina, y terapia psicológica para atender la depresión y la ansiedad.
Todo esto se sumará a la implementación de la Tarjeta de la Salud, que se otorgará a adultos mayores, personas con discapacidad y miembros de grupos vulnerables para dotarles de consultas, análisis y medicamentos gratuitos.
Para cerrar su participación, detalló que desde hace más de 15 años se ha preparado para ser electo Gobernador, que ha recorrido colonias, barrios y ejidos por todo el Estado, trabajando muy de cerca de la gente, y que los resultados logrados y reconocidos a nivel estatal y federal como Alcalde y como Secretario, avalan su capacidad para gobernar y le da la certeza a la ciudadanía de qué él es la mejor elección que se puede hacer en las próximas votaciones.
Jiménez Salinas añadió que la mejora continua de su gestión se desarrollará a través del gobierno mas ciudadano en la historia de Coahuila, mismo que será el punto de encuentro para todas y todos los que quieren hacer cosas buenas por nuestra tierra.
Finalmente señaló que ama profundamente a Coahuila, donde trabaja y vive con su familia, por lo que como gobernador conservará las cosas buenas que ya hay, y con la experiencia que tiene, innovará y cambiará lo que haya que mejorar.
